Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
We are a small startup so we can only promise to ship within 2 days right now. We use USPS unless special requests are made.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Because of current slow down of mail, we cannot accurately tell how long the shipping will be.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
USPS ships to APO/FPO

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Let your customers know when they'll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Gamut Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages
Gamut Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damage, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We are happy to arrange international shipping.

Return Policy
We hope everyone loves all our products. But if you do not, contact us and we will arrange a return. We will refund your cost and shipping one way.
